Why it matters

You can improvise a campaign. You cannot improvise a system.

Most launches don't fail at the ad. They fail because the form doesn't tag the lead, because the email sequence can't tell who watched the webinar from who never showed up, because checkout loses people at step three, or because nobody is watching the data on the day conversion drops.

That work never shows up in the feed. It's what lets a modest ad budget carry a full launch, and what makes it repeatable next quarter without starting from zero.

William has spent six years doing exactly that: building the infrastructure that turns a good story into a business you can measure, adjust and scale. At EMOTIA he leads marketing and technology, and he is the one who translates Carlos's narrative into a system that bills.

The cumulative record

Six years of work, in four figures.

+150,000USD in ad spend managed2020 — 2026
+22,000Leads captured for clients2020 — 2026
+3,500Digital product and service sales2020 — 2026
+1MDollars in revenue generated2020 — 2026

Cumulative figures across every project he has taken part in between 2020 and 2026. Revenue refers to the volume generated by the launches and co-produced products, not to personal income. The per-client breakdown belongs to each brand and is shared only with their authorization.

Projects

What was solved, and with what.

Five projects that show the kind of problem a real launch throws at you, and how it was solved. These aren't one-off campaigns: they are systems that kept working afterward. The rest of the track record adds more than forty products across spirituality, finance, music, etiquette, employability and therapy.

La Etiquette

2022 — present
Etiquette, image and personal brand · Colombia

The challenge

A personal brand with a loyal audience but no infrastructure: every launch was assembled from scratch, leads lived in spreadsheets, and there was no way to tell which content brought buyers and which only brought applause.

The solution

The first job wasn't selling more — it was putting things in order. A product ladder was defined where every piece has a distinct job: the ebook exists so someone enters, the academy so they stay, the certification so they professionalize what they learned, and the mentorship to accompany whoever has decided to make a living from it. Before, every product competed for the same audience at the same time.

Then came segmentation, and that's where the difference was won. Instead of a flat list, the audience was organized into tiers — Ciudadana, Regidora, Gobernadora — based on what each person has actually done, not on what they said they would do. That made it possible to stop sending everyone the same email: whoever already bought gets an invitation to the next rung, and whoever just downloaded the ebook gets the conversation that fits them.

On that base sits a proprietary campus, with sequences triggered by behavior rather than by the calendar. The operational result is that a launch today is prepared by reusing what exists, not by reinventing it.

What was left standing

  • A value ladder with five clear rungs, from ebook to mentorship
  • A proprietary campus concentrating training and community
  • Tiered segmentation by commitment, with lists that feed themselves
  • A certification with its own waiting list, so seats open without improvising
  • More than 5,000 contacts organized by source and by tier

Natalia Ospina — Maestría para el Alma

2021 — 2025
Women's therapy and personal development · Colombia

The challenge

A therapist with a deep methodology that is hard to explain in an ad. The challenge wasn't selling: it was finding the right entry point for an audience that arrives from pain rather than aspiration, and that needs to trust before it invests.

The solution

The order of the conversation was changed. Instead of presenting the full training up front, an accessible first product was designed that solves something concrete and demonstrates the method firsthand. Whoever goes through it no longer needs the rest explained — they ask for it.

The second problem was the calendar. A school with cohorts only sells twice a year, and in between the brand disappears. The sessions that used to run live were automated, so the talk that converted kept working between launches and kept feeding the waiting list for the next cohort.

Finally, databases were separated by cohort and by program. It sounds minor, but it prevents the most expensive mistake in this niche: inviting someone who is already inside, or talking about grief to someone who came for something else.

What was left standing

  • An entry product that works as a demonstration of the method
  • Eight consecutive editions of the flagship program
  • A school with successive cohorts and a permanently open space
  • Thematic diplomas that go deeper without cannibalizing the main program
  • Automated sessions that sustain enrollment outside the peaks

Paulo del Toro — Acordeón Sin Límites

2020
Music education · Colombia

The challenge

The first launch. A musician with an organic audience, no ad budget and no digital sales structure at all. Nothing to optimize: it had to be built from zero, and the mechanism had to prove itself.

The solution

The bare minimum was built, but complete: a page that states the promise without ornament, an email sequence that accompanies the decision, and an offer with a real closing date. No piece was superfluous, and each could be measured on its own.

The discipline was in the budget. Spending stayed deliberately low, so the result would say something true about the mechanism rather than about the ability to spend. USD 194 in ads produced USD 2,359 in ten days.

That case defined the way of working for the years that followed: test the system small before scaling it, and never mistake a good ad for a good business.

What was left standing

  • USD 194 in ad spend, USD 2,359 billed in ten days
  • A complete funnel built from zero in weeks
  • The structure later reused for new versions of the course
  • A relationship still active six years later, with new products

Economía Naranjo

2021 — 2022
Financial education · Colombia

The challenge

A niche where the audience distrusts by default and where an easy promise burns the brand permanently. Everything that works elsewhere — urgency, big numbers, euphoric testimonials — subtracts credibility here.

The solution

The equation was inverted: teach first, sell after. Educational content became the acquisition engine, and the offer appeared only once the person had already received something of real value.

The funnel was designed to filter, not to inflate. A smaller list with verifiable buying intent was preferred over a large cold one, because in finance a big distrustful base doesn't convert — it burns.

Personalized advisory worked as the entry product, because it lets you demonstrate judgment on a concrete case before proposing a longer program.

What was left standing

  • Proprietary site and funnels, independent of social reach
  • Personalized advisory as a high-trust entry point
  • A strategy sustained across a full year, not a one-off campaign

Destellos de Amor

2021 — 2025
Spirituality · Colombia and LATAM

The challenge

A broad, active spiritual community, but a scattered one: the entire relationship with the audience happened on social platforms, and every algorithm change wiped out reach built over months.

The solution

The work was moving the relationship to an owned channel. Not abandoning social media, but ending the dependency on it: turning borrowed followers into owned contacts the brand can reach whenever it decides to.

Acquisition campaigns were built around content the community already cared about, and segmented by country and by source, to learn which channel brought real audience and which only brought volume. Four sustained years left 11,276 contacts in Colombia and 412 in the United States: two audiences with different language, price point and buying moment, which could be worked separately from then on.

The database went from being a loose file to being the brand's central asset: the only thing that remains theirs when a platform changes the rules.

What was left standing

  • 11,276 leads captured in Colombia and 412 in the United States, segmented by country
  • Migration of community contact from social media to an owned channel
  • A database the brand controls, independent of any platform
The method

Six pieces almost nobody sees, and without which nothing holds.

A launch doesn't collapse at the ad. It collapses at the seams. This is what gets built so it doesn't, and what gets checked when something starts to slip.

01

Capture that also qualifies

A form that only asks for an email wastes the one conversation where the person is willing to tell you something. Forms, quizzes and surveys are designed to classify: by the end you know what they want, what stage they're in and whether they can afford it.

02

Segmentation by behavior

The database is organized by what people do, not by what they say. Whoever watched the full webinar, whoever left after ten minutes, whoever opened checkout and didn't pay — each gets a different conversation, and nobody gets the one that no longer applies to them.

03

Sessions that keep selling

The talk that converted live becomes an asset that works on its own. It's what keeps the business from depending on two peaks a year, and what fills the waiting list for the next launch while nobody is watching.

04

The full journey, without leaks

Page, offer, payment, access and scheduling reviewed as a single piece. Most lost sales aren't lost at the ad: they're lost at an intermediate step nobody has looked at since it was built.

05

Paid media with a hypothesis, not a budget

Each angle is tested separately, with enough money for the data to mean something. It's reviewed daily and what fails gets cut before it eats the month. Several projects have sustained a return on ad spend above 3.

06

Conversational automation

Reminders before the session, answers to the same recurring questions, recovery of whoever left payment halfway. It's the work a human team can't get to in time, and it decides a good part of the conversion.

The next step

This is the system that would carry your launch.

If your brand already bills and what's missing is the infrastructure to scale, the first step is an application that takes under three minutes. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly.
